Real-Life Stats
Scope tracks 7 real-life stats that reflect your actual lifestyle patterns. These stats are shaped by your habit completions and directly influence your avatar's performance in battle.
The 7 Stats

How Stats Change
Each habit is configured with stat bonuses (positive for good habits, potentially negative for bad habits). When you complete a habit, the corresponding stats change.
Good habits grant positive stat points in their configured areas:
- Subject to a daily cap of 10 points per stat — you can't grind one habit all day for unlimited stats
Bad habits apply negative stat changes when logged:
- No cap on negative changes — giving in always hurts
Daily Decay
If a stat receives no positive contributions on a given day, it decays by 1 point automatically. This only applies to past days — today doesn't penalize you yet, so you still have time to complete your habits.
Stat Range
All stats range from 0 to 100 and start at 50 for new players.
Stats in Battle
Your real-life stats provide buffs or debuffs to your avatar in the battle system:

Real-life stats affect your avatar only, not your soldiers. Your soldiers' strength comes from their habit's level and HP. Your avatar's power comes from your overall lifestyle balance.
WARNING
A week of inactivity can drop a stat by 7 points from decay alone. Stay consistent to keep your stats — and your avatar — in top shape.
