Soldiers & Demons
Every habit you create generates a corresponding entity in the game layer. Good habits create soldiers that fight for you. Bad habits create demons that fight against you.
Soldiers (Good Habits)

Each good habit produces a soldier that joins your army in battle.
| Property | Determined By |
|---|---|
| Class | The habit's category (Knight, Mage, Healer, or Bard) |
| Level | The habit's level |
| Battle HP | The habit's HP percentage |
| Stats | Skill points allocated through leveling |
| Skills | Unlocked as the soldier levels up |
The stronger and more consistent your habit, the more powerful your soldier becomes. A habit at 90% HP and level 15 produces a formidable ally. A neglected habit at 20% HP enters battle barely standing.
Demons (Bad Habits)

Each bad habit produces a demon — an enemy entity.
- Demons grow stronger when you give in to the bad habit (log completions)
- Demons grow weaker when you resist (avoid completions)
- Demons level up through your indulgence, making them more dangerous opponents
The Connection
The soldier/demon system creates a tangible representation of your daily choices:
- Consistent good habits = strong soldiers = better chances in battle = better loot and progression
- Resisted bad habits = weakened demons = easier fights
- Neglected good habits = weakened soldiers = tougher battles
- Indulged bad habits = stronger demons = harder to overcome
TIP
Your battle roster is directly shaped by your real-life habit diversity. Want a balanced team with Knights, Mages, Healers, and Bards? Build habits across different categories.
