Lifeline
The Lifeline is Scope's task planning and journaling hub. It's a main tab in the app's bottom navigation where you organize your tasks, write plans, and reflect on your progress across four time scales.
What's in the Lifeline?
The Lifeline brings together three core features in one place:
- Tasks — create, complete, and manage your action items
- Journaling — write plans at the start of a period and reflections at the end
- Goals — see which goals are connected to each time period
Everything is organized by time — from individual days up to full years.
